First off, hello!
The anatomy is amazing, first off, you have an amazing idea of anatomy and shading, as well as colour palettes. I would like to suggest this:
When you're doing the line art, when you finish colouring, instead of doing it patchy, where it's black and coloured, make it purely black or purely colours. I would try to dull the colours down, or make some certain colours stand out a little more tbh. The ears are okay, but I would try to make the inside more atomically correct. Use refs if needed of goats!! I would also like to say that it does actually look legit like confetti and thats a plus! Bonus points for that.
